To be a restaurateur, it takes many skills. The creativity for concept and menu design, the precision with numbers and team building, the ability to delegate are just a small few. But the heart, the mental strength, the continued learning is a big part of it!!

Chef James Avery’s story is incredible and beyond inspiring. From delivering pizzas to graduating culinary school to being Gordon Ramsay’s Sous Chef on several of his hit television shows including Kitchen Nightmares to opening several of his own restaurants (and many more for others!) each with unique concepts, the knowledge he has to share to help others runs deep!!

Chef James believes in doing the necesssary work so that we each can become the best expression of ourselves. An avid student of self-mastery, he has acquired and developed his own set of rules to live by that put his wife, children, and well being at the top of his priority list all while building his businesses!! He strives to execute to excellence but says failure is a mandatory part of the process, and that is the very reason why he continues to expand and grow as a human and entrepreneur!
