Tara Fogarty-Graziano
EVP of Film & Television, Inspired Girl
Tara Fogarty-Graziano is an Emmy Award–winning, three-time Emmy–nominated producer with more than 20 years of experience developing and producing culturally relevant content across television, film, and digital media.
She has produced for major broadcast networks and global studios including CBS, ABC, Sony Pictures Television, MTV, Bravo, Debmar-Mercury, and ITV.
For more than a decade, Tara produced The Rachael Ray Show, followed by producing roles on The Drew Barrymore Show, where she developed a reputation for shaping compelling conversations, coaching talent, and crafting segments that keep audiences engaged.
Her expertise lies in helping hosts find their authentic voice, structure meaningful interviews, and create content that resonates with viewers and listeners alike.
Tara has also led high-impact branded integrations and partnerships with companies such as Goldbelly, Welch’s, CVS, Nutrish, The Oprah Magazine, Bayer, and Oral-B, seamlessly weaving brands into authentic storytelling, a skill that directly translates to podcast sponsorship and monetization strategy.
She currently serves as Executive Vice President of Film & TV at Inspired Girl, where she oversees the development of scripted and unscripted series, feature films, documentaries, and creator-driven media platforms.
Tommy Crudup
VP of Talent, Inspired Girl
Tommy Crudup is a three-time Emmy Award–winning television producer whose career spans more than two decades across some of the most recognizable programs in daytime television.📺
Beginning his career as a film publicist at MGM, Tommy quickly transitioned into television production, working on shows such as The Rosie O’Donnell Show, The Wayne Brady Show, and The Tony Danza Show, where he built a strong reputation as a talent booker capable of attracting and working with top-tier guests.
Tommy spent 16 years as an Executive Producer on The Rachael Ray Show, where he helped shape the show’s editorial voice, book high-profile talent, and produce conversations that connected with millions of viewers.
His expertise in guest booking, interview preparation, and host development makes him uniquely skilled at helping creators build engaging podcasts and conduct compelling interviews.
In addition to his television work, Tommy is also a podcast producer and currently produces Rachael Ray’s podcast, I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead, bringing decades of broadcast experience into the podcasting space.
At Inspired Girl, Tommy serves as VP of Talent, where he works with established celebrities while also identifying and nurturing emerging voices across television, film, and podcasting.
Jenn Tuma-Young
Founder & CEO, Inspired Girl
Jenn Tuma-Young is the founder and CEO of Inspired Girl, a company that creates, develops, and produces intellectual property across books, television, film, and live experiences.
With a leadership team and advisory board that includes industry leaders from powerhouse companies such as Marvel Entertainment, Disney, Macmillan, CBS, and E! Networks, Inspired Girl is committed to creating meaningful, inspiring content that drives positive change through media.
Prior to founding Inspired Girl, Jenn worked in the transformational space for more than two decades. A published author, she has extensive training in human connection, courage, resilience, perception, brain-body response, kinesiology, communication, and the impact of environment on behavior.
Jenn has created programs and live events for schools, nonprofits, and corporations, and has developed campaigns for major companies including American Express, Unilever, and S.C. Johnson & Son, delivering inspirational content to audiences across multiple media platforms.
She has appeared on programs including The Rachael Ray Show, Anderson, The List TV, and affiliates of ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox News around the country. Jessica Varian Carroll
EVP of Community & Events, Inspired Girl
Jessica Varian Carroll is a community builder, speaker, and entrepreneur dedicated to creating spaces where people can connect, grow, and inspire one another.
She is the author of She Had No Business: A Real-Life Tale of Faith, Courage, and Beating the Odds, which is currently being developed into a feature film. Through her speaking engagements, workshops, and live events, Jessica shares her message of resilience, courage, and the power of taking bold leaps of faith.
Jessica is also dedicated to finding unique and thoughtful ways of bringing women together to through powerful conversations and shared experiences. Committed to giving, she has woven community into all of her personal and professional endeavors. Through her efforts, she has donated over one million items to charitable causes, families, and individuals.
In 2022, Jessica joined Inspired Girl as Executive Vice President of Community and Events. In this role, she leads the development of community initiatives and charitable giving efforts for Inspired Girl, as well as creating opportunities for people to gather, share their stories, and build meaningful connections.
Jessica leads the Inspired & In the Community intensive within the Inspired Series, helping participants design and lead events that bring people together and create lasting impact.
